Disclaimer: these Zoom classes demonstrate physical movements and meditation practices. Because these are “speaker view only” classes, it is impossible for me to check the movements of participants. It is solely your responsibility as a participant to take care of yourself and your body. If you have injuries or physical limitations, please adjust the movements to be comfortable for your body. If you experience pain during movements, adjust or stop movements right away and simply watch or follow with reduced or smaller movements that are comfortable for your body. Nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
